First up is Ponti Nero D'Avola from Sicily, loads of ripe dark fruits with enough tang to stand up to the spiciest sausage. Then a direct offering, Pellehaut Rouge, cracking Southern French blend, ripe dark fruits with a savoury edge. Next up we have the Vega Piedra Rioja, a fresh young style with plenty of juicy strawberry fruit. The Soldiers Block from South Australia is packed full of ripe damson fruit with a lovely touch of clove & spice. Inspira Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile is a staff favourite, plenty of ripe blackcurrant, cassis & a dark chocolate edge. We finish with one of our favourites, Little Yering Pinot Noir from Australia, think lovely strawberries and cream with a touch of spice, lovely and light with juicy acidity.
