This is quite simply is the best Prosecco we have found, and we've tried a lot! A typical soft, slightly creamy fresh, ripe green apple skin perfumed nose.  This follows onto the palate and is ever so slightly off dry.  Shows flavours of apple crumble, soft cinnamon with good weight, balanced floral flavours and a fantastic clean length of flavour.  It only took me 18 years but at last I have a bottle of Prosecco that I really do like.
