Recently voted Italy's best rose wine, this is a richer style of rose that works best with food alongside it. A very pleasant nose of red cherry and raspberry leads into a fresh, dry palate with bright red fruits and a rose petal note. Good juicy acidity and a touch of soft spice adds complexity and, like their other wines, there's a mineral edge. Well balanced, fresh, juicy and long, this would work brilliantly with barbecued meats or Asian cuisine.
