A truly joyous wine and yet another reason to fall in love with German Riesling. Paulinshof have crafted a bone dry wine that exudes fruit character and elegance yet with a low sugar content to keep things brisk and keen.
Light, green flecked gold in colour with a nose of cut green apple, wet flower meadows and orange peel. The palate is richly lean with tingling minerality keeping things tight. Flavours of apricot, apple, cardamom, and baked crumble (as in apple) dance across your tongue alongside the almost new-world lemon and lime, plenty of acidity and direction but with massive flavour development. A wine to be drunk chilled on warm evenings, a real gem.
