Located in the commune of Vergisson, in the heart of Pouilly Fuissé AOC, Saumaize Michelin are a husband and wife operation, both coming from wine making families in the area.

The Pouilly Fuissé Vines Blanches is an exceptionally harmonious wine showing graceful power and intensity of flavour, yet with poise and balance that only Burgundian soils can produce. Ripe, keen lemon and tangy apricot are complimented by overt minerality and acidity, with a huge length of flavour.
