Family owned vineyard holding of 37 acres, the Furst family produce mainly white wines but relish the challenge of producing red wines of quality and distinction. Luckily for us that is exactly what they have achieved here!
Living up to its' referential ode to France's most famous Pinot Noir producing region (Spatburgunder) this is a beautiful example of this most fickle of grapes. Deep ruby in colour with a nose of forest fruits and red fruit compote. The palate is supple and engaging, wine fine tanninc grain and clean acidity sitting amongst the red fruits and delicate spice. A wine to stir the emotions and keep you thinking. Brilliant.
