Grapes grown on the small island of Patelleria to the west of Sicily produce this utterly delicious dessert wine. Partially fortified and aged in barriques for 10 months, enriching the deep citrus peel and acacia honey flavours that are complimented by apricots, fresh hazelnuts and white flower blossom. Although densely sweet, the wine maintains freshness and poise.
