Produced from fruit sourced from 170 independent growers in the Cotes du Thongue, deep in the heart of the Languedoc Roussillon the wine is crafted under the watchful eye of winemaker Fabienne Capello with a focus on varietal expression.
Here we have a true representation of Southern French Viognier, a nose of lightly spiced apricot and warm
mediterranean herbs, the palate is sleek and clean with ripe peach, apple blossom and lively citrus tang. Clean acidity keeps things moving forward and the finish is impressive for this level.
