The Antu range of wines from Ninquen have, in our opinion, always delivered more than you have to pay for them. Okay, the price has crept up a little over the last two years, but they still drink like £15+ wines.
An enticing nose of damson, blackberry and subtle pungent spice leads you into the velvety smooth palate of dark black fruits, vanilla, black pepper, liquorice and mocha. Very complex with many layers, good acidity and ripe tannins, this is rightly regarded as one of Chile's top Syrahs. While drinking well now, it's still got plenty of years ahead.
SC Rating - OUTSTANDING (Mike)
