Uva di Troia, Nero di Troia, Sumarello, Uva di Canosa, Uva di Barletta, Troiano, Tranese, and Uva della Marina, call it what you will, it's a red grape from Puglia, it makes really nice wine and that's what we're really interested in!
Classically deep in colour, almost black with a nose of sweet black fruits and softly earthy notes. The palate is lush and creamy, showing a super depth of mulberry and damson fruits with layers of cassis and creamy vanilla just beneath the surface. Just on the right side of rustic, this wine is built for stews and hearty pasta dishes.
