Yes I know, another Provence Rosé! But as usual we taste something special, we buy it in and we sell loads of it, so it's a win win situation for all. This is another example of why Provencal Rosé is the world's most popular style of Rose. Enormous investment in the vineyards and wine making overseen by Romain
Ott (formerly of Domaine Ott) has elevated this Domaine to the top
echelons in the region.
A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah & Mourvedre this is exactly what you want from a Rose. The palate is full of white peach, raspberry, watermelon with the classic notes of thyme & basil . It is the finish that leaves you wanting more of it, almost like a tangy, salty finish, but in a pleasant way. Organic wine as well.
