This is grown up Whispering Angel and now become a firm favourite with you all. In my mind a more serious style that certainly benefits being drunk with food, or if like my wife you can drink on it's own and more than one bottle!
Grapes grown from Chateau d'Esclans' vineyard, consisting primarily of Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino). Harvesting at sunrise to noon. This is a lovely pale and fresh rosé, with light fresh summer fruits and a touch of peach and melon, white pepper and a slightly savoury finish. Some of the grapes used to make this wine have been shared from the Garrus - Chateau d'Esclans' top rosé.
A very highly rated rosé
