Winemaker Jason Schwarz adopts a hands off approach to his winery and has developed relationships with some of Barossa’s finest winemakers over the years, allowing him to access some of the region’s premium old vine fruit.

Wild yeast, whole bunches and old, dry grown vines demonstrate the coda of contemporary Barossa.

A sweet note of red pastille, licorice root and smoked meats and tannins hide the wine’s savoury tones at first sip.
