Tasmania is a classically cool climate area, producing wines of fresh acidity, elegance and restraint.
Gentle pale lemon yellow in colour, the flavours here stand out – spices, lemons, orange rind with a tiny touch of the tropicals and a whiff of honey on the finish. Bright fruit here and a lovely fine line of vibrant acidity which provides poise and serious length with immaculate balance.
