Join us at The Secret Cellar, Oxted, on Thursday the 3rd of December for a special evening exploring Billecart-Salmon. Billecart is widely acknowledged as one of the very best Grand Marque Champagne houses, and as many of you already know, we’ve been selling these fantastic Champagne’s for years.

✨ A Champagne house with a love story

Billecart-Salmon’s story began in 1818, when Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon married and founded the house. Seven generations later, it remains family-owned, and now with over 200 years of experience, there is Champagne-making history behind every glass.

There’s a lovely connection to our final wine, too: Elisabeth Salmon Rosé was created in 1988 in tribute to the house’s co-founder. A fitting finale to our festive tasting.
