Straw yellow colour with silvery green reflections, beautiful luminosity and clarity, as well as a few tears. The nose immediately expresses aromas of white and yellow fleshed fruits (pear, vine peach, quince, apricot) with notes of small white meadow flowers.
The whole is fine, dynamic and still a little fiery, with a finish where we find these lemony and saline notes.
