Coste Zero Rosé (Alcohol Free)
Coste Zero Rosé (Alcohol Free)
£8.00
Tasting Notes
Pale in colour, with white fruit and a subtle hint of citrus; a nice balance of roundness and finesse.
Producer Profile
The Coste family has lived in Valros, in the Languedoc, since 1550 and still runs Domaine Montrose there today, with Bernard and Olivier Coste at the helm.
Viticulture
Grenache Noir and Cinsault from dark volcanic soils and pebbly Villafranchian terraces.
Winemaking
Each grape and plot is vinified separately as a normal rosé; the alcohol is then gently removed by vacuum distillation to preserve the wine’s character. One of the lowest-sugar alcohol-free wines available.
Goes well with
Grilled prawn skewers or a tomato salad with olive oil.
Cellaring
Enjoy young and well chilled.
