Viticulture
Herdade da Cabeceira Red 2023 is made from Aragonez and Touriga Nacional, with grapes harvested overnight.
Winemaking
Destemmed, and fermented in 10,000 kg conical tanks at controlled temperatures between 24–28ºC for 10 days. Partially aged in 225L barrels.
Goes well with
Perfect accompaniment to red meat.
