Viticulture
Sustainable and environmentally responsible farming practices. Vines are aged between 14-30 years of age and the vineyards have an average elevation of around 500M and flank the River Sil.
Winemaking
Hand selection of the best Albarino grapes from the vineyards undergo a cool maceration and fermentation before immediate bottling to preserve the delicate aromas of the wine.
