For me this is the real star of the Jermann range. A blend of the local variety Ribolla Gialla (90%) plus 5% each of Riesling and Tocai Friulano, it's a wine that's very different from your usual, and all the better for it. A lovely nose of apricot, citrus and cream is followed through onto the palate, with beautiful minerality and fresh acidity. It develops further in the glass showing subtle notes of lime, honey and blossom - very complex, and a very long finish. Great stuff again from Jermann.
SC RATING - Outstanding (Mike)
