In 1981, fifth generation brothers Robert and Geoff established Bethany Wines.
This is a wine with a complex nose of sweet lime, apple juice, cut grass and apple custard. Zingy lime and Granny Smith apple juice notes on the palate along with fresh cut apple skins and grass.
The zesty acidity ensures a vibrant and long finish.
