£29.95
Tasting Notes
With a red cherry intense colour, Pinot Noir Amayna 2023 shows a complex perfume in the nose with aromas of red fruits and flowers like sour cherries, wild strawberries and rosehip touch that are complemented with hints of sweet spices and a fine herbal edge. The mouth is fresh and elegant with silky tannins that create a nice structure that balances with the natural fresh acidity.

Viticulture
Planted between 2003-2012

Winemaking
Harvest : Between the 1st of March to the 12th of March 2023 (very classic vintage), fruit selection in vineyards and at the winery. Hand-picked.
Fermentation : After harvest, the wine goes into a 14-day cold soak in stainless steel tanks with gentle pump overs (3 times per day) to not over extract.
Whole cluster : 15%
The wine is aged 12 months in French oak, with 15% in 1st use, 45% in 2nd use, and 40% in 3rd use barrels.
