Champagne Delavenne is a family run independent house in Bouzy producing single village dual vintage champagnes.
Annual production here is just 65,000 to 70,000 bottles annually.
4th generation Jean Christophe Delavenne is now in charge of this award winning estate.
The Champagnes are exclusively Grand Cru.
Dom Basle Grand Cru is 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay and a dual vintage made from harvests in 2017 & 2018.
This is a very pure and elegant champagne which did not undergo malolactic fermentation.
