Champagne H. Blin is a union of vintners (Vincelles Cooperative) founded in 1947 by Henri Blin and 28 other growers located in Vincelles in Marne Valley, 25 minutes west of Epernay and Reims.
Champagne H. Blin are well known and regarded for their cuvées with a strong identity that expresses their unique character.
Their 110 hectares of vines, planted around Vincelles, are predominantly Pinot Meunier (70%) but they also grow Chardonnay (16%) and Pinot Noir (14%).
This Blanc de Noirs is 100% Pinot Meunier disgorged at least 3 months before release and aged for a minimum of 24 months.
The result is a pale golden colour with a very fine mousse.
On the nose, floral with a touch of butter and on the palate dominant notes of apple, pear & toasted brioche, with a fresh and lively finish.
