Côte Chalonnaise is probably the birthplace of Crémant de Bourgogne. Indeed, in 1822 grape growers based in Rully and Mercurey invited a young Champagne winemaker to their estates. Burgundy sparkling wine was born.
Attractive blush colour with salmon-pink highlights. The nose is a cocktail of small red berry fruits on the nose predominantly raspberries and red currants.
Deliciously clean and fresh on the palate with red fruit aromas. Delicately floral and a hint of pepper thanks to the proportion of Gamay in the blend. A round and balanced wine.
Made from 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Gamay & 40% Chardonnay grapes using Méthode Traditionnelle
