Set amidst bluebell strewn woods from which the vineyard derives its name, Bluebell Vineyard Estates is an award winning vineyard and winery in the heart of Sussex on the edge of the Ashdown Forest.

Since 2005 Bluebell have been driven by the desire to produce sparkling wines that can rival the best in the world and they work meticulously from the 'grape to glass ' to achieve this.

Bluebell grow the classic sparkling wine grape varieties and use the traditional method of production, but their goal is to create something distinctively English: terroir driven, bottle fermented, hand crafted sparkling wines bursting with fruit character.

The epitome of their fruit forward style, only the most characterful Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier base wines are selected for this Rosé and it has aromas of brioche, strawberry, raspberry and peach on the rose, under pinned by cranberry, apricot and violet notes for a rounded wine with a creamy, well balanced structured finish.

It has a dry, delicate and long finish, which makes it ideal as an aperitif and it is a great match for light, creamy cheeses and pairs beautifully with fresh English strawberries.
