This powerful, clean and lively white made from 100% Verdejo comes from a rigorous selection in the vineyards which lie within the Rueda DO, specifically at Montuenga and Codorniz, in the province of Segovia.
These vineyards which were chosen because of their special microclimate and the suitability of their soils.
On the nose, Nogara is a Verdejo revealing intense fruit and herbal aromas and other delicate hints of apple peel, exotic fruits and a slight citrus finish.
The palate is unctuous and rounded with the Verdejo variety's subtle bitterness with a mild acidity and a luscious, lingering finish.
This is a unique Verdejo with the freshness of youth and body that ageing on lees gives it.
