Champagne H. Blin is a union of vintners (Vincelles Cooperative) founded in 1947 by Henri Blin and 28 other growers located in Vincelles in Marne Valley, 25 minutes west of Epernay and Reims.
Champagne H. Blin are well known and regarded for their cuvées with a strong identity that expresses their unique character.
Their 110 hectares of vines, planted around Vincelles, are predominantly Pinot Meunier (70%) but they also grow Chardonnay (16%) and Pinot Noir(14%).
Their Brut Rosé is 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Meunier & 10% AOC Red Champagne, disgorged 3 months before release and aged for a minimum of 24 months.
In the glass, it is a vivid, pink colour with fresh aromas of wild strawberry and on the palate, it is rich & dense with notes of forest fruit.
A beautiful, luxurious finish make this pink perfection in a glass.
