This Shiraz is a dark purple red with a rich dark fruited nose of blackcurrant, salted plums, chopped rosemary, sage and thyme, roasted lamb and licorice root with delicious red sour plum, liquorice, black pepper and star anise aromas
Long on the finish, with firm, fine tannins.
Firm acidity and tannins combine for a savoury finish with great length.
