Domaine Tripoz is a family business, run by Didier & Catherine Tripoz, located in the commune of Charnay-lès-Mâcon, with a surface area of 12 hectares planted mainly with Chardonnay, Gamay and Pinot Noir grapes.
The majority of the vines are located in Le Clos des Tournons, the farm's major growing area and they are very attached to their terroir and have the utmost respect for the vineyard and after three years, Domaine Tripoz has now obtained their certification in Organic Agriculture.
This Pinot Noir is a classic example from the Bourgogne region with complex red fruit aromas of cassis and mûres with hints of pepper and spicy notes.
Perfect served with any red meats, cheese or even a glass on its own.
