After 30 years at the heart of the family domain 'Paul Jaboulet Aîné', in the role of director of production, Philippe Jaboulet and his son Vincent have taken on a domain in the Cotes du Rhone Septentrionales as well as a family property where they produce wines from 30 hectares across several appellations including Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage, Cornas & IGP.
All wines are produced using bio-diverse methods under the HVE Level 3 Classification system which mean zero use of pesticides, chemicals, herbicides and no mechancial work of the ground.
This Crozes-Hermitage is made from 100% Syrah from a very small vineyard where the vines are more than 30 years and is aged in barrels for at least one month.
Shows incredible complexity for the price, with ripe red fruit, notes of liquorice, lavender,herbacious aromas with a lovely tannic structure.
