Emporium wines tell a story about Puglia and its authenticity, from the passion for the land to the values of conviviality and sharing.

These strong red wines are crafted from Primitivo and Negroamaro grapes & pair well with traditional food from Puglia.

The drying of grapes is a very ancient practice that precedes the Greek civilization and was used to preserve both the fruit and later also the wine for a longer period - made possible because of a higher sugar concentration.

During harvest, the best grapes are selected to remain on the vine for an extended period until each grape is dried out concentrating its sugars.

Emporium is ruby red with purple hues and an intense bouquet with notes of ripe fruits and jam.

A full bodied wine on the palate with smooth tannins and long lasting hints of cherry jam, spice and tobacco.

Surprisingly fresh on the finish.
