Birch Gin is local to our Wadhurst store and we are proud to support their range of luxury handcrafted gins made in copper pot stills.
Birch Gin is a contemporary, forward looking gin with complex flavours, superb mouth feel and a delicious aftertaste.
Made with the one shot distillation method and featuring birch syrup as one of its botanicals this imparts a subtly sweet, yet spicy note to the spirit.
Alongside the eponymous birch syrup, this expression features
the likes of juniper, orange, lime, grapefruit, rosemary, coriander,
lemon grass, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, orris, and a secret ingredient
known only to the producers.
It is designed to be drunk neat, on ice, with water, tonic, ginger ale, grapefruit juice, hot apple juice or really, anyway you like it!
