McLaren Vale provides a good climate for Chardonnay and growing conditions in 2022 were ideal.

The fruit was harvested while the acidity was still vibrant and sugar levels not too high to retain elegance.

Some flavoursome pressings were introduced into the free run juice and the wine fermented with a neutral yeast.

The French oak used provides a subtle background to the fruit, while maturation on lees has helped provide the persistence of flavour.

This Chardonnay has lovely elegance with persistent stone fruit flavours.

Dry in style, medium bodied, it finishes with a clean, bright, soft acidity.

Fragrant and fruit driven with a subtle influence of French oak.
