Tracing their roots back to 1877 outside Laurens in the Faugères region, Château Grézan first come to prominence in the 1970s and their wines today express the very essence of Faugères wines and Languedoc appellations.
Produced from selected grapes, the Château Grézan range of wines combine respect for ancestral wine traditions and an open minded approach to modernity and technology.
This blend of Rousanne and Rolle is a voluminous and unctuous wine, it has smooth nose develops aromas of pink grapefruit and Williams pear and the palate is greedy and silky with notes of citrus and quince.
Pairs perfectly with sea bream carpaccio, gravlax salmon or dry goat cheese.
