The Domaine Saint-Lannes vineyard, which takes its name from the neighboring Romanesque chapel of the 12th century, is located on the magnificent terroirs of the Ténarèze on the paths of Saint-Jacques de Compostela.
Operating the Domaine Saint-Lannes since 1955 and producing wines since 1982, the Duffour family has constantly evolved its production with the main objectives of respect for the soil, highlighting local grape varieties and the pleasure taken in the tasting of his wines.
This white is a blend of Colombard, Ugni Blanc & Gros Manseng and the grapes are directly pressed in a pneumatic press.
Each varietal is fermented separately and kept on their lees for few months.
The blend is finalised just before the first bottling which can occur between December to January.
Lively and fresh with many complex and intense aromas of exotic and citrus fruits.
It has a long & pleasant finish with the Colombard and Gros Manseng combining to produce a rich, intense, authentic and contemporary wine.
