Between Béziers and Agde, on the sunny lands of the Languedoc vineyards, Jérôme Vic, winegrower, and Aurélie Vic, oenologist, welcome you to the Preignes le Vieux estate: an exceptional place preserved for five generations by passionate men and women.
The vineyard extends over more than 340 hectares of land around one of the oldest castles in Béziers.
In the heart of the Mediterranean landscapes, the site offers a unique heritage with its thirteenth century castle.
Between tradition and modernity, the wine here is the fruit of an ancient culture and ancestral know-how.
Indeed, the Preignes le Vieux estate is located on Roman remains that bear witness to a winemaking activity that is more than 2000 years old.
The estate is spread over 3 terroirs: volcanic, gravelly and plain.
Jérôme and Aurélie Vic grow 18 different grape varieties there.
The Vermentino cuvée from the Preignes estate is characterized by its fine and delicate bouquet.
Very floral, it is perfect with braised turbot but also with andouillettes, langoustine gratin, Epoisses or goat's cheese.
Simply, a delightful white wine that can be enjoyed on its own, with friends and food.
