The Piñeiro Cores family have owned vineyards for generations and they first cultivated small vineyards, gradually reorganised and replaced the original grape varieties with Albarino's grapes.
Slowly but also with persistence, their grandparents continued growing Albarino grapes on small plots of land across the Rias Baixas region.
Adegas Gran Vinum was created in 2002 to continue the family tradition and the winery only produces Albarino wines which are included in the D.O. Rias Baixas.
Esencia Diviña is a straw yellow colour with green, clean and bright hues and it has good intensity with notes of white flowers, elderberry, mimosas, white fruits, apple, pear and a citrus background.
It has balanced acidity that gives the wine a freshness which encourages drinking again, so a second glass looms.
